Swimming for Fitness Class

Let's get in shape! Our fitness classes introduce participants to swimming drills and aquatic exercises.  Classes are created from a combination of core workouts, strength training exercises and swimming workout drills. The combination of swimming drills and aquatic exercise is what you could expect from a swim team workout. You will learn advanced swimming techniques while burning fat, strengthening muscle and having a great time!

If you’re looking to improve your health, strength and stamina, swimming is the perfect exercise. It is gentle on your joints but requires the use of all of your muscles. This class will teach you how to use swimming as an exercise tool.
